Targets

OUR PURPOSE

 
  • To help create a pleasant environment for knowledge economy and intellectual property rights research.

  • To assist Taiwan's cultural and creative industries.

  • To aid the commercialization and industrialization of Taiwan's agricultural and biotech industry technologies.

  • To build an exchange platform regarding knowledge economy and intellectual property rights research between Taiwan and China.

  • To strengthen the corporate understandings of knowledge economy and intellectual property rights in Taiwan.

  • To assist Taiwan in becoming the main hub for knowledge economy and intellectual property rights in the Asia-Pacific region.

  • To search for a balance between intellectual property rights and competitive markets.
